I have Microsoft Word 2016 for mac version 15.32 recently installed on my MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015) running macOS Sierra 10.12.3. When I'm typing the text is lagging up to 1 to 2 seconds. This is extremely annoying and not efficient for a word program. Microsoft has given some guidance about Office for Mac support on the upcoming MacOS ‘High Sierra’ 10.13. But not without a little encouragement to buy the Office for Mac. High Sierra will be publicly released in the (northern) autumn and some testers will have it already. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Skype for Business, and OneNote will install and run on macOS 10.14 Mojave. Microsoft fully supports Office 2016, Office 2019 and Office 365 for Mac on 10.14 Mojave when you have the following Office updates installed:
Office 365/2019 - Build 16.17.0 or later
Office 2016 - Build 16.16.2 or later
Skype for Business 16.21.65 or later
